I'm an IT support specialist with two years of hands-on help-desk experience, plus a work history that goes back to age 15. Day to day I troubleshoot Windows, networks, hardware, printers, and user accounts, for around 40 folks in the office and (mostly) remote. Then I document the fixes so they stick.
Years in customer-facing jobs taught me how to explain a technical fix in plain language, and stay calm when someone's stressed. I work independently with little-to-no supervision. Right now I'm studying for CompTIA A+ and Network+, building real cloud and Linux skills from running my own production server.
